How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most Rosefield watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. This means they are rain and splash-resistant, but should not be worn while swimming, showering, or diving.

How do I adjust the size of my mesh strap?
Our mesh straps are easily adjustable. You can use the small tool provided in your watch box to flip the clasp open, slide it to your desired position, and click it back into place.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Rosefield watches and jewelry items come with a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects.
